Water breakage?

So ive been peeing more frequently than usual today. I went to the bathroom at 11:47pm & while cleaning my self i "peed" again. & more trickled as im writing this, about 1min after. There isnt a urine smell amd barely a color. Is it possible my water has broken? I have a ultrasound appt tomorrow. Im just hoping im not leaking amniotic fluid for the sake of the baby.
