Help! perioral dermatitis

Has anyone been diagnosed with perioral dermatitis. How did you treat it etc. natural remedies to anything. Anyone also know what you think caused yours. Thanks TIA. I'm 19 and just one day started breaking out around my nose mouth and chin red bumps which became very itchy this never happened to me before I immediately went to the hospital because it began spreading to my cheeks and around my eyes. The doctor diagnosed it. I've been doing a little research and throwing out makeup and facial creams I've used hoping it won't flare up again. BUT it has 2 more times.
