How often would you say your significant other wakes with the baby?

In his defense i breastfeed and my lo sleeps on me. He works and I stay home.

My husband is in college full time & works full time so I don't want him waking up all hours of the night. However, I am exhuasteddddd🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Baby is 5 weeks old. We both wake up with him: my husband changes his diaper while I get ready to breastfeed (I've been having terrible night sweats 😒 so I have to put on something dry, plus pee & get water and/or a snack) then he goes back to bed & I do the rest. Baby is a pretty good sleeper, so we're only up 1-2x/night.

When the baby asks for his midnight feeding , my man keeps the baby from getting too fussy,  while I get the bottle & diaper changing ready ..

Occasionally, but I breastfeed so don't have a choice, if baby wakes up so do I. Plus my husband works nights 9pm to 5:30am and sleeps as soon as he gets home. I'm not working, other than being a mommy to my kids, so a specific night time schedule isn't as important for me. And baby typically sleeps from 11pm to 6 or 7am, wakes to nurse and then goes back to sleep with me for a couple more hours so help at night isn't usually needed anyways.

I'm a SAHM and my husband works in construction & gets up at 5 am and can work up to 6:30pm! I try not to wake him up at night unless I really need his help. Like for example,     if our baby is crying and screaming I ask him to entertain her while I go make her a bottle. Right now she is 3 months old and sleeps through the night and wakes up when he is getting ready for work. So there is no need now, I needed him more when she was much younger. She will only kind of stir if her pacifier has fallen out & I can hear her & just pop the pacifier back in.

Our DD won't stop crying until mommy holds her. But she wakes up once usually. Then she finally wakes up at 7. So my husband wakes up at 7 with her and I get the extra hour of sleep but I wake up with her at night no matter how many tines she  wakes up. Sometimes when I am putting her to bed at night. He will come to nursery and ask if I need something.

He sleeps pretty soundly because of meds, but he'll get up if he does hear the little man. And he's good about diaper changes and such during the day if he's home.

My so works night shift which sucks. But when he gets home she wakes up with him and they hang out for about an hour if she's wide awake or he will feed her her bottle and cuddle her for a little before putting her to bed
