cervical dilation NOT pregnant?

I had a post I wrote yesterday about this and got no response so I will try again. 
Anyone know what can cause your cervix to dilate when you're Not Pregnant nor have been for over a couple years? I tried researching and can't find anything

Like Julie said, incompetent cervix is the most common reason. But if your cervix is open, you're vulnerable to infection. I'd definitely make an appointment with your doctor to be checked if you have reason to believe your cervix is dialated at all
