Lose your mind around your period?

Had to go to an area I'm at all the time on my way from work. Somehow got lost, did a full circle I think twice. A 10 minute walk ended up being about 40 minutes and I can't help but think it's because I'm starting in a couple days. Plus side: I found a cool new store. Down side: A homeless man asked me for change because he was dieing of aids?

Recently I've been feeling like I'm just floating around in a world that isn't real. I've been getting lost and forgetting what I'm doing. It's not on my period either. It's just all the time, kind of weird I think.
