essential oils during labor?

Hey! I use Young Living oils, and have a bunch. My hospital is super open to us bringing in a home diffuser which is awesome, so does anyone have some good recommendations for during labor? Topical or diffused

I wouldn't do a diffuser cuz if you become sensitive to that smell it's all over your room...I would put it on cotton balls or something like that in a zip lock bag so you can take them out if you want and get rid of it easily if you change your mind!
