Help me!

I finally got my period after almost 2 months of not having it. I started my depo shot end of February. But I went to the bathroom and I saw a giant clump on my pad. I didn't take a picture of it, and it was half the size of a dollar & the same width of it. I've had clumps come out before, but never that big. I don't know what to do.
