Swollen vaginal lymph nodes?

I have a swollen bump on my vagina, just to the side of my urethra/ clit area. I went to my university health center and they said that their "best guess" was irritated vaginal lymph nodes. It doesn't hurt, it just causes my underwear to rub the wrong way producing mild irritation. No color change or drainage. Anyone else experience something like this? Any tips on how to cure it? They said it shouldn't impact my sex life, but it keeps me from being able to orgasum since it's right next to my clit. I can't get an appointment with a real doctor for over a week so any tips to try until then would be greatly appreciated
