I got these when I was 15 cardiogenic shock followed my multiple organ failure from the flu turning into Myocarditis because I didn't get my flu shot. All of this was followed by emergency heart surgery to place chest tubes and a bivad machine because my heart wasn't beating for the 37 minutes of cpr while being transported to a better hospital. I was on an ECMO machine before the heart surgery but wasn't reacting well. 

The boxed scars are the only ones I have issues with, look wise, pain wise and the fact that one inhibited and will continue to inhibit breast tissue production which is why my breast faces down(I lost a lot of fat and muscle density while in my coma so my boobs had to regrow as well as other things). I'll still have a scar(s) but they are going to try to get as many in a straight line and get the others after and the line will look like my sternum scar.

Also, I'm only 21, is anyone else's breasts this uneven and saggy at the similar age?
