Realized just how long we've been TTC when I found this expired test tucked away in some boxes. TTC since September 2014. Anyone have any tips on how not to let it get me down?

I am right there with you August of 2014 for me. We have been to a doc many times and have had many tests done and we are one of those unlucky couples dealing with unexplained infertility. We have done 2 rounds of IUI and plan to do one more. I am not sure if we will try IVF or not. I have recently been considering Acupuncture because I also struggle with anxiety and stress. 
Have you done any doctoring and had any tests run... it is very frustrating to keep hearing that everything looks good and there is no reason for it to not be happening. It actually makes me feel even worse because if it because of my anxiety then it is truly my fault..

Oh gosh I feel your pain.
I am right with you on this.
My partner and I have been trying for years also and still nothing.
We have had appointment after appointment at our fertility hospital and everything seems fine, I have to have my tubes checked soon as I can get an appointment and if they are not blocked then we have been advised to go for IVF.
Now I'm scared as I have a feeling this is me why we are not getting pregnant and I feel down quite a lot and with me suffering with anxiety and depression things seem to be never ending.
I just think to myself yes we want a baby but you cannot make it happen and it is frustrating but when it is your time it will happen.

Have you been to your GP or hospital for fertility checks on you and your partner??
