Is Apple Cider Vinegar safe during pregnancy?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have bad hemmorhoids. I heard apple cider vinegar relives your hemmorhoids so I really want to take it with water . Is it safe? Have any of you girls tried it?

Yes daily! I drink quite a bit though..3tblsp in 8oz of water every morning on an empty stomach with my vitamins..it's supposed to actually help your body breakdown and absorb more of your vitamins when taken all together.

From what I have read: Pasteurized is safe, unpasteurized is questionable.  I got my pasteurized ACV at Trader Joe's.
