HELP ME

Cat • I live in LA I have one fish named bubble, I love the ocean and surfing, skateboarding and gymnastics
So I have these bumps on my arms, legs, and neck and they are starting to spread and they really itch I tried using anti itch lotion but it burns my skin and I am not allergic to anything but help
