How do you put on your bra?

I've been wondering this after I saw a post on Instagram, personally I do the first one. But idk I'm just curious 😂😂

Option one, clasp it around your wait and then bring it up

Optional two, put it on and then clasp it in the back

Option three, clasp it together and then slide into it with your feet/ head and arms

One of my friends told me she clasps it on the front and then switches the clasp to the back.

I hook it first then put it on like a shirt. Having only one hand to use you get creative
