should i be scared😰😰

So this might be a little tmi, but i have the cyst like pimples on my vagina. They dont show on the outside but you can definitely feel it when you rub it. Should i be worried? Im only 17. Is it large ingrown hair since i shave down there. I just dont really know what to do😭😭😭
