When I lay down or lay on my chest this happens and it's so embarrassing/: is it just armpit fat or am I just weird and have a weird body

I wouldn't call it fat since I have it and am underweight 
It's just loose skin, everyone has it to a degree and it's pretty much what allows you to stretch your arms back without tearing the skin apart

Pretty much everybody has that, there are only a few who don't, its nothing to worry about. I get insecure about it too, but just know it's really normal 👌🏼
