They're shit. Don't do that to your body, they work like old school corsets pushing your organs around making you appear thinner. They don't make you lose weight. Seriously look up the effects of original corsets, same thing.

I wear one when I work out and it works by making you sweat more around your abdomen while working out.  I used to wear one all the time and should get back to it.
