Baby say their First word ?

So my son is a week shy of 6 months well last night while in his jumper he said mama .. it wasn't a oh I thought I heard the word mama it was plain as day ! Even my FIL heard it as he was there ..

Mine says "mama" but I don't believe it's directed to me but it's adorable lol

My babe will go maaaaa when she is cranky and wining and she will also sound like she is saying mom sometimes but I won't consider it a first word until she actually addresses me or copies me when I say it. I figure it's just sounds for now. Cause she has said what sounds like the name "ira" a bunch of times before too (one of my bfs friends but she has only seen him once) it's just noise for now.

His first word was BUTT! His daddy heard it first and he did it again for me and then the baby sitter. For sure. BUTT 😂

LO clearly says DADADADA all the time but without any direction that it's my husband haha... just likes to scream it out!

My son sounds like he's saying a lot of words such as momma, ow, help, bubba but I don't quite think he's talking yet

Mine has said mama a few times, and if he's really hungry he'll say Ma or mom. Now he's on a dada kick lol

My lo just started saying "hey" yesterday! Lol we use the word all the time so it was inevitable! Lol

We get a lot of mum mum mum when he's upset which usually means he wants me.

My daughter very clearly says mama when she's upset. Other than that she just speaks baby.
