Has anyone had their period then started spotting /bleeding 2-3 days after your period ended?

I had my period and ended 3 days ago. I wake up and feel as if I have to poop. I go to the bathroom and I don't poop. I wipe and there is blood and when I look in the toilet use little blood clots. And I have had a headache and the poop feeling for a few days now. Has this happened to anyone else?
