Table Manners for kids - essentials

Lily • 💕20 and pregnant with our first baby! I'm a bit of a princess at times💕
What do you think? This is exactly how I was raised, and also I was taught to always keep my elbows tucked in and not out like a bird (you make less space for people next to you).
- Wait until everyone has started before you do; unless invited to start.
- Always eat with mouth closed.
- Always use cutlery.
- Never reach across the table, ask for something to be passed down.
- Put your knife and fork together in the middle of your plate at the end of meals, to let people know you are done.
- Don't get up from your seat or leave the table without asking.
