fighting diaper changes

I know there was a post about this about a month or so back but I can't seem to find it. My daughter freaks out anytime we try to change her diaper. Screams, rolls, tries to crawl away, kicks and flails. I don't know what to do. We've tried toys, singing songs, pinning her down and even showing her videos and baby apps on my phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
