After deciding with the hubs, I stopped BC mid Dec. after having been on BC (the pill for quite a awhile and the ring for about a year). Since coming off, the first two cycles were just like they had been on the ring (28 days long), the third one was 26 days long, and this month (today) I am at CD 31 and no AF to be seen. Also very minimal to no cramping. I also usually get the mid cycle cramp here or there, and that was also missing this cycle. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. I'm not sure what to think. I don't feel preg., but I also don't feel how I usually do right before AF. I'm going to wait a few more days before calling a doc. as I am aware I am still within the normal CD range. It could just be my body still getting used to being off BC after 4 months! Not sure! I'm wondering about your experiences with late periods, yet no positive tests. I could go buy a more expensive test I suppose, but I think I'm going to wait a few more days.
