Neon pee when taking vitamins??

Is it normal for the urine color to change when taking multivitamins? I recently started taking multivitamins and i noticed my urine color changes to neon yellow. I'm wondering if its normal or not. Has this happen to you guys?

Your body doesnt actually absorb most pill vitamins and your body gets rid of them mostly by filtering it out through your pee. Watch out with multivitamins and do your research bc you could get very sick and comrpomise your kidneys among other side effects of overdosing on certain vitamins

Mine did the same thing when I was doing Herbalife!! Idk if it's normal or not, sorry that I can't answer that. I do think it's your body cleaning itself out though. That was my best guess when it happened to me.

It’s completely 100% normal. Your body can only absorb a certain amount of nutrients from vitamins. Your kidneys will filter out whatever can’t be absorbed and pass the extra nutrients out through you’re urine. It’s completely normal and safe
