TMI !! what is this

So I haven't had a period in 73 days took two pregnancy test at 3 weeks and 7 weeks and both came out negative and I stopped my birth control and started back and now on my third sugar pill .. I've wiped today and it was a pinky color earlier just a tint idk what is it any suggestions on what it is
