Burning after sex, HELP!

My and my boyfriend have sex pretty often, once a week and on that day once a week we do it several times maybe three of four depending. Recently, we have been having sex raw then putting on a condom for the other two or three times and after the first condom or so I get this "dry" feeling and it starts to feel a bit painful. I have never had this problem just going raw or using condoms alone..and when I go to pee it is a very painful stinging and burning feeling. What could be the cause of this?
