Missed some doses of antidepressant and think I'm relapsing (help)

So on the weekend I went out and partied (hard) 3 days straight. I was drinking and doing coke every night and not falling asleep until about 10am and I wasn't worried or thinking about taking my antidepressants (Zoloft). Since then I've been taking them again, but have been extremely anxious, paranoid and depressed. I don't know if I'm relapsing or what... Has anyone ever forgotten to take their anti depressants more than one day in a row?
