I need some help guys, according to my BMI and co workers I'm severely overweight and some think I am nearing skinny enough to have an eating disorder for my height and weight I'm 5"1' and weight about 55kg...what am I? (I do see myself as obese tho)

Don't worry about a BMI that's not very accurate on a persons actual health I was just discussing this in health the other day take this for example you know Dwayne Johnson aka the rock? Yea we calculated his BMI according to the BMI chart he's quite obese but he looks perfectly healthy right? Yea that's bc the majority of the weight is MUSCLE making BMI calculations ineffective in showing health

I'd say you're just average size not skinny but defs not fat theres nothing wrong with that. You look healthy

You're absolutely perfect the way you are. BMI isn't just about body fat it's everything in one (water %, body fat etc) so it shouldn't matter what it says. I'm 5'4 and my BMI says normal but everyone sees different. I see myself as obese but everyone sees me as skinny. Just focus on you.
