Drool rash remedies?

My daughter is quite the drooler. She is developing a drool rash. I put baby aquafor on each morning but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. Thanks!

My doc said plain old Vaseline (petroleum jelly), and it guards against continuing drool!
