I think I'm having appendicitis. Yesterday my core was hurting so bad and the pain migrated to my right side near my ovary. I woke up in pain I was on my back and any slight movement caused a sharp pain in my right side. I wanted to cry it hurt so bad. Can someone tell me if this is appendicitis. Also I'm really cold and I kinda have to pee but I'm afraid I will get stuck on the toilet from the pain. 😢😖
