Cramps…Dizziness…Bloating…Mood swings🤢

So last night I got my Period and its killin me…I took pains pills for my cramps and a heat pad and it doesnt seem to go away…Plus i've been bloated(look like a balloon) for like a week¿Whyyyy? …and it is normal to have alot of mood swings during your period? Because I Havent Experience too many mood swings on my period before……Helpppp!!!……any ideas on how to deal with the first 3 days of your period
