Evening Primrose Oil??👶

Any mommas taking EPO? I just got the soft gels today because dr recommended it. I took one 1000mg orally this morning.. I heard to insert it vaginally in the evening as well? Do soft gels dissolve up there??😱 How are you taking your EPO?😊

Yes insert two right before bed and wear a panie liner :) I've been doing this since 34 weeks and I'm now 38w and 4cm dilated and 70% effaced baby coming anytime :) i did it with my first pregnancy had a 5hr labor  3 pushes and no tearing she was 9lbs 2 Oz and all natural
