Is it pieces of my mucus plug?!

Immediately after sex I went to the bathroom and upon wiping noticed glob of thick, opaque, whiteish/yellowish mucus. Looked just like white boogers. No smell, no pain, no other symptoms. I "pushed" until it was all out. Do you think this was pieces of my mucus plug or is very thick jelly like discharge a normal part of pregnancy that I have no idea about? Also, I felt a little pain during sex, like he hit me too far inside, but nothing out of the ordinary. Please help! Can't get to see my doctor for a month.
