7 weeks pregnant

I am around 7 weeks pregnant and I've been pretty uncomfortable in the abdomen for the past couple days. I don't know if I would call it cramping or bloating or gas pains. But it's on and off. Not so painful that I'm wincing or anything. I also haven't had any bleeding or spotting.

Is this normal? It's my first pregnancy and every little pain freaks me out!!
