So I sometimes get seasonal allergies, but for whatever reason, they've been sooo bad for the past few weeks. I've felt like I'm on the verge of a cold almost every day but it's just allergies. I have sore throats in the morning/night, scratchy during the day, post nasal drip, congestion, and lightheadedness. I can't take Benadryl because I get bad side effects- what allergy meds do you guys use that work well with little/no side effects?
