My go to is Advil, heating pad, hot baths(I use lavender essential oils and epsom salt) bananas, healthy foods, drink lots of water, walks(sounds crazy but the more I move the better) and the most loose fitting comfortable clothing and pads instead of tampons.

I drink a glass of the emergen-c stuff (you know the gross vitamin c mix) for a week before my period and until I stop. It seems to ease my cramping and I don't bleed as much which is a relief. It actually shortens my period a few days sometimes
