I have this pimple like bump on the side of my v and it's very large. It's kinda making it swell up a bit. I didn't notice what it actually was I just thought my underwear was uncomfortable but it was hurting down there but I didn't pay attention to it. It really started hurting and I noticed that there was a bump and it was very painful. I have no idea what it is or what to do about it. Any suggestions?
