A pad because when I use a tampon I noticed it gives me more cramps sometimes

I've used all three. Tampons are great for going out, but doesn't hold enough blood. Menstrual cup saves you money and fits comfortably, but holds less blood than Tampons. Pads win for me because they hold the most blood, and I don't have to stick anything up my vagina. Easy

A pad because I bleed a lot and I'm not allowed to use anything else.
