Should I find a new job?
I am relatively happy in my job, its creative and the people are lovely. My issues are that it doesnt pay much at all, its all men other than myself (i dont have many friends so i really miss female company lately), and its my first job since graduating so i feel like i shouldnt stay here forever. Ive been here almost 2 years now.
I have a pushy father who keeps saying I should find a better paying job so bills are easier. And i guess i should challenge myself more and progress my career.
But in my city everyone in this industry knows each other so i feel awkward if i just left. And what if my make the wrong choice as my current works are doing well and growing and we get on. So what if a new place turns out to be terrible.
I know this isnt really an app for topics like this but does anyone have any advice? Its my first proper job so Ive not done any of this before.
