Hey guys I need some advice on getting a breast augmentation surgery. I don't want anything crazy, I just want my boobs to be the same size. Right now my left boob is a B and the right is an A. It's not a terrible difference but sometimes when I'm wearing a loose tank top or a bathing suit and I move a certain way you can see my entire boob. I don't feel comfortable in my own skin and it sucks. So what do you guys like better....1. Saline or silicon and 2. Over or under the muscle. I appreciate any advice I can get ❤️😊
