Has anyone ever had continuous "period scares" (where they suddenly get serious cramps that feel like they are about to start their period but don't) I have had several this past month, none of which have resulted in actual bleeding and the cramps stop within a few minutes. (They stop after I've prepared to take pain meds and lay in bed for the next few hours with a heating pad so I cancel all of my daily plans). I didn't use to get them this much but now I feel like I get them more and none result in an actual period. Anyone else?
