Second pregnancy baby shower

I had my son February 20th 2016 my baby shower was that Sunday before that . Im currently 22 weeks pregnant with baby boy #2 , my mother keep so my baby shower gifts because she bc was upset with me . My son was 3 weeks early. I had NOTHING. When he was born .I had to get everything over again after he was born. I donated the stuff after he grew out of it to people in need. So would it be ok to have another baby shower or no
