Birth after bedrest

Anyone have an experience giving birth after being on bedrest?...Due to my complications I've been on modified bed rest for abt 6 months. I'm 33+ weeks now and worrying how will I be able to give birth naturally? Will I have the strength....although I've not been totally bed ridden and do go around the house and sometimes a five min walk I have had to rest mostly and not strain at all. Any advice or experiences would really help me as I feel so nervous! (Im a ftm as well😓) Thanks;)
