My husband is sooo reluctant to go get his sperm tested. Every time it comes up it turns into an argument because it makes him 'uncomfortable to go do that'

It's so frustrating I've agreed to do all my test first and then when I'm done with Clomid he promised to go get tested. Well I just finished my third round and he's all pissy cuz we went two days without having sex, and this was my last month on it so if I'm not pregnant he has to go get tested. Did anyone else's husband give them a hard time?? Any tips??
