Do you drink plant based milk or cow milk?

I was watching something on YouTube and it has some concerning things. It has said that cow milk is bad for humans and aren't ment for us. Also that's it's only ment for calfs as breast milk. So I've been staying away milk for 2 days now😖😦😵😵 I don't know!!😖😖

Both. My sisters and I are all sensitive to lactose, so it's easier on our stomachs if we cut it out or at least limit the amount we consume. So. I use ultra pasturized cows milk for cooking, but I prefer drinking coconut milk over anything else.

I am lactose intolerant..I love the silk brand milks :) chocolate cashew is amazingggg!

I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to soya so I drink nut milks myself, cashew and almond are my favourite :)
