please help!!!

Okay so I am 16, it's just me, mum and dad at home and I have no siblings. Since October last year I've had an itch around my anus.. I've done lots of research and found out I have threadworms.. great! So not only do I have to worry about exams, friends, family and any other germs, I have worms.. I know that they are very common but I want to get rid of them! Me and my parents are not close at all so they wouldn't let me get any medication. Please someone help me! I can't sleep and can't eat, yesterday I fainted as I can't eat anymore.
