I've had my skyla IUD for a little over 5 months. I'm starting to experience random bleeding after sex (which happened before my IUD but the doctor wasn't concerned then). I'm also having cramps almost every day. They're nothing terrible, just mostly annoying. I'm also getting headaches and nauseous occasionally. The only thing is I had the doctor cut the strings short, so checking them is hard to do. Is there any need for concern (IUD moved or something)? Or are these normal IUD symptoms?
