can we possibly buy a house if I come is 19k a year?

I live in California. We want to buy a house it's about $180k, 3 beds 2 baths. Pretty nice house. I'm zillow it said approximately $675 a month (only $25 for than we pay for a one bedroom apartment ) I wanted to ask on here first before we even try to get a loan and embarrass ourself. 
A little about us
My husband works full time, and with his parents. I'm a stay at home mom and go to school. 
We have two cars, one is under his dads name but he makes the payments & so is his insurance, the other is under my name, but it's all paid off. 
Our bills are electricity, internet, our current rent here, my car insurance (phone are under my sisters account) I'm a student but don't have any loans of any kind taken out and neither does he. He also works with his parents, gets paid $100-150 a week but it's in cash. His parents would be co signing for us.
