Managing ASTHMA while pregnant. Need help

So I just found out my ventalin inhaler was recalled and have had a fight with my primary to get a new one that can help. I can't take my usual allergy medication (Allegra while pregnant) so literally my inhaler is the only think that's saving me.

I was prescribed a new one that isn't covered by insurance.. which it should because I have state coverage so my inhaler is $82. I've already been without it for a week and I feel myself worsening.

And today I found out that I also have a UTI.

I'm not doing too well. What do you do to manage it. I'm worried if I have another bad night I'll end up in the ER..
