Weird Boob Question

Normally my boobs hurt a few days before Af comes. I am 5 days past ovulating, & a week & a half before af & I woke up this morning with very sore to the touch nipples. Any in put on what this could be? Possible it's a sign my bfp is coming!?!? 🤞🏻
