7w and Threatened miscarriage yesterday. Don't get scan until 20th! Did these tests this morning. Is this a good sign everything still OK?

You could have your doctor do a blood test to determine the HCG levels. Then go back two days later, take another blood test and compare them to see if they are going up, steady or declining. Good luck!

Sorry to say, having a positive doesn't mean much. It can take weeks for the HCG levels to decrease enough to not show a positive. Hope every thing is okay!

Why is it a threatened miscarriage for you? I went to the hospital for cramping and comes to find out i have a cyst in my left ovary but it's not harming the baby and they said the baby is fine, but my paperwork had threatened miscarriage on it too....

Hi all only just come back to this thread! All
Was fine and I'm now 20+3 with a healthy baba in my belly! Seems like a lifetime ago that I posted this.
I think I had passed the second gestational sack which at my first early scan (due to spotting) had not yolk sac. Only my explanation for what I passed. I was so scared but glad everything turned out ok!! Good luck everyone xxx

Pregnancy tests are not an indicator. You can still get positive tests after miscarrying until all hcg has left your body.

Even once you've miscarried, hcg can still be detected. I hope your baby is safe.
