Anyone else an emotional wreck?

I'm 7 weeks today! I'm so so happy and blessed with this pregnancy, but over the last week or so I have been so unbelievably emotional! Everything makes me cry, I'm so easily triggered and I'm getting so stressed with everything lately. 
Yesterday I burst into tears because my mum didn't text me back instantly.
What's the deal? Anyone else crying for stupid reasons? I'm struggling to control these emotions, my SO deserves a trophy for being so supportive.

Normally I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder....so now my anxiety is up and down more than usual as are my emotions. My husband and I had sex and I started bawling!

I've been more emotional than normal with tears and anger. I cry when I listen to music or say one thing that triggers a sad memory. I feel like I can't control it! 😂

I cried when my boss changed my schedule to let me sleep! It was a good thing and still got same hours! It was just a shock! But I love sleeping in!!!

I cried today because I order a sandwich without tomatoes and they still put them on there...I couldn't understand why I was getting so emotional about a sandwich 😂

Yes I am emotional too. I made a pot pie and then dropped it on the floor. I then found out had no paper towels to clean it up with...I cried :( I felt like a baby lol
